What currency are the prices I see on the website?
All prices are in US dollars.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship in the United States. 

Where are your products made?

All of our products are custom made and made-to-order. Most, if not all of our products are printed in the USA using imported materials from various locations. Occasionally, an item may be printed in a different country if stock is not available. 

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Depending on the product purchased, shipping times will vary. Standard production times take approximately 5 days for an item to ship, however, this can vary drastically due to high demand and various other factors. The average time to receive your purchase is between 7-14 days after purchase.

IF MORE THAN ONE PRODUCT IS PURCHARSED, YOU MAY RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS SEPARATLY DUE TO INVENTORY. 

Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your item is shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at support@glamdoll.org.

Can my order be returned? What if there is an issue?

All of our products are custom made and made to order, therefore NO returns will be accepted unless you receive the product damaged. If the product arrives damaged, please email support@glamdoll.org within 14 days of purchase to request refund. Proof of damage will be required for consideration and you will receive further instruction.

Can I cancel my order?

Since production begins almost immediately after purchase, you must cancel your order before production begins, otherwise you cannot cancel your order. Please email us immediately at support@glamdoll.org  to notify us that you are canceling your order. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have misspelled or auto filled an incorrect address, please email support@glamdoll.org as soon as possible with the correct address. If the item has already shipped, no refund will be given after the incorrect submission.
