Refund policy

Because all of our products are custom made and made-to-order, NO returns or refunds will be accepted UNLESS you receive the product damaged. If the product arrives damaged, please email support@glamdoll.org within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Proof of damage will be required for consideration and you will receive further instruction.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A photo may be required prior any approval for refunds. 

Exchanges
We are not accepting exchanges at this time. Please read and view the product information before purchasing.
